PennyRep SMS Notifications

Program Description

PennyRep sends automated SMS messages on behalf of local trade businesses (plumbers, HVAC technicians, electricians, etc.) to their customers. Messages include appointment booking confirmations, reschedule notifications, cancellation alerts, and job status updates. Business owners and technicians also receive internal job alert notifications.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You will receive messages only when an appointment is booked, rescheduled, or cancelled. Typically 1–3 messages per appointment.

How to Opt Out

To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one final confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and will receive no further messages.

PennyRep obtains user consent through a verifiable affirmative verbal agreement during an inbound service call or via an explicit checkbox during account registration at www.pennyrep.com/get-started. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
