PennyRep SMS Notifications
Program Description
PennyRep sends automated SMS messages on behalf of local trade businesses (plumbers, HVAC technicians, electricians, etc.) to their customers. Messages include appointment booking confirmations, reschedule notifications, cancellation alerts, and job status updates. Business owners and technicians also receive internal job alert notifications.
Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. You will receive messages only when an appointment is booked, rescheduled, or cancelled. Typically 1–3 messages per appointment.
How to Opt Out
To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one final confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and will receive no further messages.

Consent
PennyRep collects SMS consent through two separate pathways depending on user interaction: (1) Digitally via an explicit, non-pre-checked consent checkbox on our web intake form at www.pennyrep.com/get-started — the form cannot be submitted without checking this box; and (2) Verbally via explicit voice confirmation during customer-initiated inbound phone calls with our AI receptionist Penny — SMS is only triggered after the customer says "Yes." Supported Carriers
PennyRep is able to deliver messages to the following mobile carriers: AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, and most other major and minor US mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
