PennyRep provides an AI-powered phone answering and appointment booking service for local trade businesses. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

Data We Collect

  • Customer name and phone number (provided verbally during booking calls)
  • Service address
  • Appointment date, time, and description of work requested
  • Business owner name, phone number, and business details
  • Call recordings (used solely for quality assurance and dispute resolution)

How We Use Your Data

  • To confirm, reschedule, and cancel service appointments via SMS
  • To notify the business owner of new bookings
  • To recognize returning customers and improve call experience
  • To operate and improve the PennyRep platform

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is shared only with the business you contacted (your plumber, HVAC tech, etc.) and with infrastructure providers (Twilio for SMS, Supabase for database storage) solely to operate the service.

Data Retention

Appointment and contact data is retained for up to 2 years to support booking history and returning customer recognition. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.

SMS Opt-Out

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. To request deletion of your data, email hello@pennyrep.com.
